christmas gifts and sales

so im trying to work on a christmas present for the boy, and in between that i am working on just random hats and scarves for gifts and sales.

so ill keep posting and if you guyses see anything you like just gimme a ring, or comment or whatever.

back to school

I made this purse from scraps and just went along and figured out what i liked. In the end i decided to have three buttons at the top and a pretty decent interior.
Its kind of blurry but its like a Chinese flower pattern.

This purse is for sale for $20

I went on a spending rampage, (actually my mom decided that it wasnt healthy to have yarn laying around because it collects dust.) (howd you guess shes a nurse?)
we spent over 150 on this and i dont regret it at all, all my yarn is color coded and prettyfied.. too bad it still doesnt all fit into the bins...

its a prettyful site isnt it?

too bad its all three hours away..... sobs...

theres a story about this. my friend whos asked me to do some work for her before, gave me a bag of granny squares about 3 years ago, and asked if in my free time, could i sew it up. so of course i said yes.

well come....3 years later its still hanging in a bag on the underside of my bunk.

so being in a bored state and needing to finish some projects before going to college i took it out. and spent over... 4 hours sewing it up on my bedroom floor.

and then i finished it.

afterwards, i cant help but say i partied!

more knitting

sooo ive had alot of time to knit, and im not sure why i had so much time. i should be studying...

I made this hat for my friends sister, and then started another one, where i taught her how to knit, and she knit a couple rows and gave that one to her sis instead, so i have this one laying around. $8
One of my improv hats, takes me less than 3 hours to knit one, on size 10.5 needles, so it makes me feel happy! $8

I finished the camel

I started it last night when my friends RA asked if I could knit a camel. I thought about it, got out some yarn and decided crochet would be the best way to go. And by 4pm today i finished up the camel, for now at least. I gave it to him and he was smiling ear to ear, lol he even carried it around showing people while he was doing rounds. I was happy!
It's simple, I just made up the pattern, didnt write it down though, I was too lazy to do that, and I didnt use a small enough hook, you can see the stuffing, but i love it, and i know he did too

and you just sit and wonder, what to do with these signs...

every once in a while you wonder if someone out there is trying to show you something, to inspire you.
i just finished watching raise your voice, when i looked down at my knitting, and realized that the yarn had formed two loops.

and i just feel better...

ok the story between these two hats. my friend hunts, and i hate the thought of killing animals... so i knit him a camo hat. why? so hed want to go hunting.
now why would i do that? well i knit the bright orange one so that when he is hunting hell think of me and not hunt. see? it all works out....
